Walker Berning Bio

Walker joined MFG in 2021. Within the current portfolio holdings, he is the deal lead on Mellott Company and A-Z Wire & Cable. Prior to joining MFG, Walker was an investment professional at the IFC Asset Management Company (World Bank Group Private Equity), where he focused on investments across international markets. Prior to the IFC, Walker began his career at GCP Capital Partners (f/k/a Greenhill Capital Partners), where he completed several transactions across a variety of industries. Walker graduated with a BA in American Studies from Trinity College, where he graduated with Department Honors. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a graduate of the Private Equity Fellows Program.
