Bio

Nicole is the General Counsel of Metric and oversees the legal function within the firm. She initially joined Metric in February 2020 on secondment from White and Case LLP and become a permanent member of the team in Q4 2020. Prior to joining Metric, Nicole was an elected partner at White and Case LLP where she specialized in advising private equity institutions, infrastructure funds and management teams on private equity transactions, with a focus on cross-border deals with complex structuring, co-investment and equity arrangements. Prior to joining Metric, Nicole built up significant in-house experience via strategic secondments to key firm clients such as Strategic Value Partners and Arle Capital Partners. Prior to joining White and Case, Nicole trained and qualified at magic circle firm Linklaters. She also holds an LLB from Kings College London.
