Bio

Kenneth Clifford is a former Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Venture Partners and Global Emerging Markets. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1981 and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 1986. He was formerly a member of the Investment Committee for the Morgan Stanley Global Emerging Markets Fund. Mr. Clifford served as a director of EnerSys and Ingenuity Systems. Mr. Clifford received a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
