Bio

Dan joined Merida in 2019 serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Merida, Dan was the Chief Financial Officer at Fairfield Greenwich Group (“FGG”). Prior to FGG, Dan spent nine years at Ernst & Young, where he was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Assurance and Advisory Business Services Department, in charge of auditing and consulting engagements, specializing in private equity, venture capital, domestic and offshore funds. Dan has also taught seminars on financial products and hedge funds. Dan received his M.B.A. dual degrees in Accounting and Finance from New York University and his B.A. in Economics from Tufts University. Dan is also Certified Public Accountant.
