Bio

As a technical program director turned marketing executive, Jennifer brings to Mercato Partners over a decade of progressive experience ranging from global marketing agencies to start-ups. To date, her career has been focused on delivering digital-first brand and marketing initiatives that expand awareness, generate consumer engagement, and accelerate growth across companies big and small. Prior to joining Mercato, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Marketing at Borboleta Beauty, a category-leading B2B and DTC beauty company. In her role, Jennifer transformed the go-to-market and growth strategies for their two digitally-native brands. Prior to Borboleta, Jennifer was the Director of Digital Experience Program Management for Merkle, a dentsu company. A part of the Americas team, she owned the portfolio delivery of large-scale implementations for enterprise clients’ digital products and transformation programs. Notably, her team led the digital mar-tech transformations for Walgreens, Walmart, Stanford Healthcare, KPMG, and Canon. A native Montanan, Jennifer has a B.A. in both mathematics and economics from Randolph College (formerly Randolph-Macon Woman’s College). After graduation, she enjoyed a year abroad as a foreign lecturer of economics at the University of Economics in Prague, CZ. Jennifer enjoys hosting gatherings with her husband and friends, food-focused travel, and deck-building games.
