Bio

Elaine is the CFO of Melior and has over 13 years’ experience in finance. After training in Financial Services Audit in KPMG Dublin, she moved to the US where she worked in a wide range of industries and roles from Management Consulting in global organisations to working within high growth companies. She worked as VP of Finance for Tacombi NA LLC in New York (a highly successful private equity backed hospitality brand). Most recently, she was Finance and Commercial Director at the well-known Irish brand, Sprout & Co in Dublin. Elaine has worked on the executive team leading finance and operations teams and has also worked in an advisory capacity. This experience has included board reporting, strategy development, audit, compliance, process improvement and fundraising as well as having a wealth of experience building strong, highly effective teams. Elaine has a BA (Hons) in Business and Sociology from Trinity College and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
