Mr. Koo, as a CPA in Korea, has 26 years of experience in auditing, tax adjustment, and consulting on acquisitions and sales of many companies. As a Magnaging Partner of Medivate Partners, Mr. Koo decides key issues of the company, including finding the deals and the following fundraising. Before joining Medivate Partners, Mr. Koo was the Representative of Seo-cho Branch in Jinil Accounting Firm, where he invested to USA Rare Earth, a mining company as well as K2B Bio Therapeutics, a US biotech company with successful fund rasising. Prior to joining Jinil, Mr. Koo served as CEO of Jungil Accounting Firm, where he raised about $10 million capital into TissueGene, a US biopharmaceutical company and performed advisory services for IPO when the company was listed on the KOSDAQ in 2017. During his time at Jungil, Mr. Koo also raised funds for WCCT Global, Cognate BioServices, WindMIL Therapeutics, Genosco, etc. Mr. Koo received his B.A. in business administration from SungKyunKwan University and EMBA from William & Mary University.
