Rebecca has worked with Corporate Service Providers in Malta since 2015, initially gaining the experience of handling Companies, Trust and Foundations. In more recent years, Rebecca has worked closely with structures related to both non regulated and regulated / licensed industries in Malta and abroad, acting as the key contact to handle the setting up of new companies, implementing applicable changes, restructurings, re-domiciliation, as well as the ongoing maintenance required for companies to be kept in line with the local laws ensuring all is in line with the Maltese Companies Act, regulations set out by the Malta Financial Services Authority and Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit. Having worked since 2018 with the corporate service provider company that the Mediterrania Capital Partners Limited Group use in Malta, Rebecca joined the team with effect from January 2022 as the Head of Corporate & Compliance and became the Company Secretary of the Malta group in February 2022.
