Xavier joined MBO & Co in 2016 and has 20 years of successful private equity investing experience. He has been actively involved in several small and mid-cap transactions across many sectors. Prior to joining MBO & Co, Xavier spent 16 years with 3i as Director and Partner. He began his career at Arthur Andersen Corporate Recovery Services. Xavier graduated from Paris Dauphine University (Master Corporate Finance) and holds a Master in Corporate Law from Paris Assas University
