Bio

Tae Hyun Park is a Partner based in Seoul. Prior to joining MBK Partners, Mr. Park was an M&A Partner at Kim & Chang in Seoul, and prior to that he was an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Mr. Park holds an LL.B. from Seoul National University and an LL.M. from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Korean Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Park currently serves on the boards of directors of Homeplus, Korea Center, MH&Co. and Golfzon County.
