Streisan joined Mayfair in 2022 and works in partnership with portfolio companies to identify and unlock value through improved customer insight and sales effectiveness. She supports management teams to deliver customer first thinking and to enhance their commercial capabilities. Streisan has over 25 years customer insight and sales experience having worked in senior roles at leading global brands including Facebook, Bebo.com and MSN UK. Streisan has also supported a number of private equity backed businesses in a consulting and non-executive director capacity within the consumer, tech and retail spaces. Streisan holds a MSC in Marketing from University of Stirling and a BA degree in Sociology and Communication Studies from McGill University.
