Bio

Shiva joined Mayfair in 2018 and is a senior member of the investment team, responsible for originating and executing new investments and supporting portfolio companies to deliver on their growth strategies. Prior to Mayfair, Shiva was an Investor at Inflexion Private Equity, where he was involved in a number of investments in technology businesses. Previously, Shiva worked in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, advising global TMT firms on acquisitions, disposals and capital raisings. Shiva began his career as a Private Equity Lawyer at Clifford Chance, negotiating and structuring management buyouts. Shiva holds a Degree in Law from the London School of Economics, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School and an MBA from INSEAD Business School. Shiva is a member of the Solicitors Roll and the Law Society of England & Wales.
