Bio

Rob joined Mayfair in 2015 to help portfolio companies realise incremental value through operational and business processes improvement. Rob uses his experience as a former operator and consultant to help management teams to develop and implement value creation plans and has led a range of projects across the Mayfair portfolio. Prior to Mayfair Rob was COO at Angus International, where he had global responsibility for Operations, Supply Chain and R&D. Before joining Angus International, Rob was Head of the Value Enhancement Group at LDC, where he supported portfolio companies in developing value creation plans and implementing business improvement initiatives. Previously, Rob worked as a management consultant at Alix Partners and AT Kearney, delivering performance improvement projects for private equity portfolio companies and blue chip corporates. He started his professional life in the oil & gas industry as an engineer with Halliburton. Rob has an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Exeter University, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is a Chartered Engineer.
