Bio

Jenny oversees Mayfair’s people function and is responsible for running its innovative integrated staffing model and the development of its culture. Her work includes the delivery of team growth strategies and the creation of streamlined and effective processes to achieve scale. Jenny spent 14 years at Google where she oversaw the expansion of AI Research, managing recruitment across the EMEA region and opening new sites from Amsterdam to Accra. Jenny has worked for a range of large and small organisations and has run her own consultancy, developing people plans and recruiting executive roles for start-ups, scale-ups and global businesses. She has also held various commercial roles at companies including EA Games and Pfizer. Jenny has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (Europe) from Manchester Metropolitan University and recently studied Entrepreneurship for Venture Finance at Oxford Saïd University.
