Bio

Alvaro joined Mayfair in 2022. As a member of the investment team he helps to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, leading in key areas of due diligence while building close relationships with management teams. He also works in partnership with portfolio companies to plan and execute their strategic plans. Prior to joining Mayfair, Alvaro was an Associate at Advent International in London, focusing on European private equity transactions. He previously worked as a strategy consultant for BCG in their Madrid and Toronto offices, advising multinational companies and private equity clients. Alvaro holds a MEng in Aerospace Engineering, summa cum laude, from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Grande École Diplôme in Engineering from ISAE-SUPEARO in France.
