Gregg Wilson founded Maxim and leads its Education and Wellness practices. For over 25 years Gregg has been a private equity investor in both institutional and entrepreneurial environments. In addition to founding two private equity firms, he has been a partner with CIVC Partners, which managed over $1 billion of capital for Bank of America, and was a member of the Investment Committee of Chase Capital Corporation, a unit of JP Morgan Chase. Gregg began his career in banking with Continental Bank (which was subsequently acquired by Bank of America and Citicorp Leveraged Capital). Today, beyond the guidance he attempts to convey to his two daughters (and receives from his wife), Gregg serves on the board of Education Canada Group and Zenwise Nutrition, and is an observer/advisor on several other boards. He also is actively involved with Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business where he holds a BS degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance and is a member of the school’s Dean’s Advisory Council.
