Chris joined Maxim in May of 2018 to help grow the firm’s presence in its Education and Health & Wellness practices. Chris brings over 10 years of investment-related experience to Maxim, principally within the education and training sectors. As a member of the Corporate Development team at Apollo Education Group, Chris helped source and execute on long-term investment opportunities across the globe within the post-secondary, distance learning, and education-based technology verticals. Chris has also served in M&A advisory roles as part of the Investment Banking practice at Bear Stearns and, most recently, as part of the Corporate Strategy team at The Boeing Company, assisting with market forecasting, goal planning, and new growth opportunities. Chris is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an active member of the Evans Scholarship. Chris originally hails from Michigan and holds a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
