Douglas joined Maven in 2014 and is responsible for all aspects of reporting and tax compliance, as well as the cash management of the entities within the property arm of the business. Prior to joining Maven, Douglas trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Baker Tilly (Formerly Gilchrist & Company) before moving to BNP Paribas Securities Services for two years as Senior Accountant and then on to Smith & Williamson as Senior Fund Accountant for a further three years Douglas has a First Class Honours degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in Business and Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS).
