Bio

Mark is responsible for the assessment of opportunities, valuations, executing transactions and supporting the management teams of investee companies. He is currently a director of Maui investee company Smart Environmental and is a past Director of Freshmax Group and BJ Ball Group. Prior to joining Maui in 2012, Mark worked in various corporate and corporate finance roles in New Zealand and the UK.
