Mr. Vaughan leads the Real Estate Team and provides operational oversight where he is responsible for managing land, development, multi-family and industrial projects across the firm’s investment landscape. Mr. Vaughan brings extensive expertise to his daily work at Manhattan West where he leverages over 20 plus years in the real estate industry. Mr. Vaughan’s focus targets maximizing the efficiency of the real estate portfolios where he can extract value on behalf of shareholders and investors. Prior to joining Manhattan West, Mr. Vaughan owned and operated a portfolio of multi-family units in Los Angeles and Denver. Additionally, he owned and operated a property management firm to create a completely vertically integrated organization. Mr. Vaughan has been involved in every aspect of the real estate business as am owner for the past 15+ years. Mr. Vaughan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine. Mr. Vaughan resides in the South Bay of Los Angeles with his wife and 3 children. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and playing ice hockey.
