Jean-Philippe’s role is to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities and support the team on ongoing portfolio value creation initiatives. Prior to joining Magnesium, Jean-Philippe worked at Arma Partners in London, advising European technology and software companies on M&A and capital raises. Previously, Jean-Philippe worked at R.W. Baird in London, focusing on tech-enabled and business services M&A. Jean-Philippe holds an MSc in Finance from ESCE Paris.
