As an Partner to Magnate Capital Partners, Frank provides over 30 years experience as a finance and accounting professional in both public and private companies. Throughout his career Frank has demonstrated excellent record of leadership, interpersonal communication, managerial and technical skills. Frank’s career began in public accounting where he advised financial services companies with their SEC IPO and secondary offering registration statements, and with SEC shareholder reporting requirements. He prepared and delivered numerous presentations to Boards of Directors and senior management analyzing current results, and proposing future recommendations, in operational and financial controls, internal reporting, accounting evaluation and merger and acquisition due diligence procedures. More recently Frank has served as Controller through Chief Financial Officer at several public and private companies in a variety of industries gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions, asset dispositions, portfolio valuations, correction of internal control deficiencies, and restructuring debt and capital structure. Frank also has extensive experience in other non-financial areas by overseeing the IT, human resource, risk management, and operations departments. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Joseph’s college and is a CPA. Frank is an officer of a private family foundation and is on the Board of Directors for several private companies.
