Bio

Tom co-founded Magenta in 2008 and has been directly involved with its investments in Tag, Pure Gym, Halo Insurance, JoJo Maman Bebe, Trustpay Global and Fastpayhotels. In 2012, he co-founded Viva Gym and led the group’s Spanish business from start up to 17 sites by 2016, during which time a majority stake was sold to Bridges Fund Management. Tom has nearly 20 years of SME investment experience across a number of industries including leisure, media, consumer, finance and business services. Prior to Magenta, Tom worked at Deutsche Bank eVentures, Bridges Fund Management and MidOcean Partners. Tom has an MA in Philosophy Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD where he was a Louis Franck scholar.
