Richard Dresdale, Senior Managing Director, focuses on identifying, sourcing and executing private equity transactions. Richard has been a private equity investor for over 30 years. Prior to MRC, Richard was a founding member of Jefferson River Capital ("JRC"). Prior to forming JRC, Richard was a co-founder and managing director at Fenway Partners. Prior to Fenway, Richard was a Principal at Clayton Dubilier & Rice. Richard has served on the President’s Leadership Counsel of Brown University and the Board of the Brown University Sports Foundation. He is the former Chairman of NYP Lawrence Hospital and a current Board Member of New York Presbyterian (“NYP”). Richard currently serves on the Board of Directors of multiple JRC portfolio companies along with other private corporations. Richard received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University.
