Mr. Hanson has been involved in corporate management, private company investing, and financing companies his entire career. He has been a principal in a wide variety of private equity investments, merger and acquisition transactions, and debt and equity financings for private and public companies in a number of industries. Mr. Hanson has a dual degree from Yale University in economics and engineering.
