Bio

Mark Haidet is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in Atlanta, GA. Prior to Luminate, Mark founded and served as CEO of Orderly, a restaurant technology company and co-founded the restaurant group Takorea. He was also a founding partner of Actuate Partners, a technology investment group and advisor to Silver Lake. Earlier in his career he held various positions including CFO at Radiant Systems, which was known as the leading provider of technology solutions to the retail and hospitality industry before being acquired by NCR. Mark began his career as a management consultant and accountant with Arthur Andersen. Mark received his B.S. in Accounting at Miami University. Mark serves on the boards of Oversight Systems, StarCompliance and AMTdirect.
