Bio

Hollie Moore Haynes is the founder and Managing Partner of Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco, CA. Hollie has been a private equity investor focused on technology investing for most of her career. Prior to founding Luminate Capital Partners, Hollie has spent almost 15 years at Silver Lake, the leading global investor in technology private equity. She joined in 1999 prior to Silver Lake’s first investment. She was part of the team that invested Silver Lake’s first two large-cap private equity funds, Silver Lake Partners I and II. In 2007, she co-founded Silver Lake Sumeru to create a Silver Lake investment strategy focused on mid-market companies. She has played a leadership role in investments in Blackline Systems, i2, Influence Health, Opera Solutions, and Talend. She remains on the investment committee of Silver Lake Sumeru and on the boards of a number of companies. Prior to Silver Lake, she worked in private equity at Hellman & Friedman and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co. She graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she has served as a Trustee for the Stanford GSB endowment. Hollie serves on the board of PDI, which is owned by Luminate Capital Partners.
