Xavier began his career at KPMG Audit in 1989 as a junior auditor and in 1991 became Director of Missions. During this period, Xavier left for VSNA to complete his military service in Dakar at the Cour des Comptes. In 1991, Xavier joined the team of 4 people behind KPMG Corporate Finance. He participated in the development of this structure and became a Partner in 2000. He specialized in the transaction business with SMEs, more particularly in the industrial sector. Eager to move from advice to the active role of investor, Xavier joined private equity within Paluel-Marmont Capital in 2001. He carried out and participated in more than twenty operations in all its forms: OBO, LBO, MBI… He became Managing Director of Paluel Marmont Capital in 2011 then Chairman of LT Capital during the team's spin-off in 2017. Some operations carried out: Cryologistic, Cornilleau, Bref Développement, Imprimerie Etienne, Odice, Destia. Xavier is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master's degree from Paris-Dauphine University.
