Bio

Mr. Staikos serves as General Counsel for the Private Equity Funds as well as a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Staikos joined LS Power in 2005. Prior to joining LS Power, Mr. Staikos was an Associate in the Global Projects and Energy Group at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. While at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, Mr. Staikos represented private equity funds, independent power producers and other financial institutions in all aspects of energy specific Mergers and Acquisition transactions and project financings. Mr. Staikos received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oswego and a J.D. cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University.
