Max Vorhoff is an Vice Presidentc at LongueVue Capital and is primarily engaged in performing financial modeling and transaction analysis; processing and executing transactions; and supporting all other investment activities of the firm. Most recently, Mr. Vorhoff was employed by the New Orleans Business Alliance, the official economic development organization of the City of New Orleans, where he worked to drive over $350 million in private capital investment via high impact corporate growth initiatives. Previously, Mr. Vorhoff worked as a financial analyst in the corporate finance departments of Houlihan Lokey and Global Hunter Securities, full-service investment banks located in Los Angeles, CA and New Orleans, LA, respectively. During that time, he assumed critical roles in a variety of M&A and leveraged finance transactions totaling more than $750 million. Mr. Vorhoff began his career spearheading strategic planning and financial evaluation practices for the optimization of a $35 million investment portfolio at American Express Co. in New York, NY. Mr. Vorhoff received his Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
