Dustin joined Longshore Capital in 2021 and is responsible for the firm’s financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and administrative operations. Prior to joining Longshore, Dustin was VP of Finance at LaSalle Capital, a Chicago-based lower middle market private equity firm. He also previously worked at JP Morgan, where he focused on private equity fund accounting and administration. Dustin started his career at RSM in their financial services practice group performing financial statement audits of private equity funds. An Illinois native, Dustin holds a MSA from Illinois State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
