Prior to joining Longmeadow Capital Partners, LLC in November 2004, Andy served as Managing Director of Next Generation Ventures, LLC, an early stage venture capital fund based in Rocky Hill, CT. At NextGen, Andy was responsible for developing and managing portfolio investments. He also provided strategic advice, business development expertise and managerial assistance to NextGen’s portfolio companies. Andy has over twenty years of venture capital, business development and investment experience, with particular focus on health care, technology and business services. He has also held senior corporate development roles within healthcare services companies including Kelson Pediatric Partners, which grew from inception to over $120 million in revenues during Andy’s tenure with the company. Andy has also consulted extensively to wide range of businesses and institutions on business development, capital raising, and strategy issues. Andy holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University, with a BSBA from North Adams State College.
