Mr. Mackay is a former partner at Evolve Capital, Ltd., a Dallas-based private equity firm, where he worked from 2008 to 2014 focusing primarily on acquisitions of lower middle market companies. Prior to Evolve, Mr. Mackay worked as a collateral asset examiner for Wells Fargo Business Credit focusing on loans of $25 million and smaller. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Mackay founded and served as the COO of the Rosebud Group, a real estate investment fund focused on mixed-use commercial properties in emerging western recreational towns. A Minnesota native, Mr. Mackay earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and his BA from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
