Mr. King is a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of Lone Star, responsible for the compliance function of the organization. Mr. King is a member of Lone Star’s Global Risk and Legal and Compliance Risk Committees. Mr. King has 18 years of experience in securities compliance and regulation. Prior to joining Lone Star in 2018, Mr. King served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at TPG and Chief Compliance Officer of TPG Capital BD, as Chief Compliance Counsel at Gerson Lehrman Group, and as an Assistant Director with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement. Mr. King holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.
