She works to foster an environment where all employees are engaged and highly productive. Throughout her 20+ years of experience, she has been an HR generalist and performed extensive recruitment for corporate entities as well as search firms. Prior to joining LLR, she was the Senior Director of Employee Experience for ShopRunner, an eCommerce company that connects top retailers and brands to the best online shoppers, where she served as the HR partner to the Executive Team creating strategies and solutions for all human capital needs. Her work in talent acquisition at companies such as QVC, Radial, Pfizer and The Judge Group has exposed her to a variety of HR strategies and industries including retail, pharmaceutical and technology.
