Michelle oversees LLR’s regulatory and compliance programs, including its Code of Ethics. Prior to joining LLR, Michelle was a regulatory consultant with Deloitte where she helped several private equity firms build and implement their internal compliance programs. Previously, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Capmark Investments, a multibillion dollar real estate investment adviser, where she was responsible for the implementation, integrity and on-going testing of the firm’s global compliance program and investor reporting teams. Prior to Capmark, Michelle held several regulatory and compliance positions at SEI Investment Company (SEIC).
