Drew Bernstein is an experienced Revenue Operations and Enablement leader with a successful track record of building and transforming GTM organizations. On LLR’s Value Creation Team, he partners with investment teams and portfolio companies to align and optimize their GTM infrastructure by ensuring scalable processes, effective technology, and insightful reporting that drive data-driven decision-making are in place. Whether it is standing up a new Rev Ops function or working to optimize an existing operation, he takes a consultative approach to assess the current and future needs of the business and develop pragmatic solutions. Prior to LLR, Drew served as Director of Revenue Operations for the Riverside Company. At Riverside, he worked across the portfolio to accelerate revenue by driving effective sales strategies, embedding software that increases the efficiency of executing these processes, and setting up metrics and dashboards to enable strategic decision-making. With additional experience as an operator, serving as the Rev Ops leader for multiple high-growth PE-owned organizations, he understands the unique challenges for portfolio company GTM leaders and delivers valuable insights and perspectives that support them on their growth journey.
