Bio

Richard is responsible for identifying management teams across the North West looking to grow their business with the support of a private equity partner. He works side-by-side with management throughout the investment partnership to help them realise their growth ambitions. He joined LDC in 2013, and has since supported on some of the region’s most successful growth stories including Mitrefinch, Ellis Whittam, Waterfall, Inprova and current portfolio including CTI, PAM, WCCTV and Love Energy Savings. With Richard’s support, Mitrefinch fuelled an ambitious growth strategy that saw the business expand its international presence through organic and acquisitive growth resulting in revenues doubling. Richard is a University of Birmingham graduate, with a degree in Biological Sciences. He began his career at Andersen, and subsequently worked for Deloitte, where he gained his ACA.
