Bio

Martyn is responsible for supporting LDC’s national portfolio of businesses and helping them to realise their growth ambitions. He joined LDC in 2018. Martyn has hands-on industry experience in a number of areas including establishing international operations, disposing of non-core assets, completing mergers and integration, buy and build strategies, contract wins and product development. All of this experience underpins his partnerships with the management teams of LDC portfolio companies. With more than 12 years’ experience in senior business leadership roles, Martyn joined the firm from LDC-backed business Eley Group and having previously worked alongside LDC at United Living Group and Cable Management Group. Martyn is a keen sports fan and especially enjoys watching cricket, football and rugby.
