John supports ambitious management teams across the North West looking to take the next step in their growth journey with the backing of a private equity partner. Since joining LDC in 2017, he has worked on a series of successful partnerships including the firm’s investments in software provider IEG4, manufacturers ChargePoint and Rhino Products and SRL Traffic Systems, MSQ Partners where LDC is supporting its international roll-out, luxury holiday cottage provider Pure Cottages Group and construction software specialist Eque2. During ChargePoint’s four-year partnership with LDC, the business successfully launched a series of new solutions, increased revenues by 30% and secured new international contract wins. A qualified Chartered Accountant and mathematics graduate from Imperial College, London, John has more than 15 years’ M&A experience and has previously worked for Clearwater and Grant Thornton.
