Carl is a member of the LDC Portfolio Team working alongside management teams of LDC’s portfolio companies to deliver strategic and operational support that will help drive value and deliver growth. Following completion of his Economics degree from Coventry University, Carl spent 19 years working for a number of large accountancy firms where he also obtained his ACCA qualification. Specialising in advising mid-market business, Carl joined LDC in 2020 and is an effective stakeholder manager who has substantial experience of working with corporates, shareholder and funders to ensure the optimum outcome is achieved for all parties. Carl has experience in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retail, recruitment, leisure and business services.
