Kim A. Carter is a Partner with LKCM Headwater Investments where she also serves as the CFO of the alternative investment strategies associated with LKCM, including LKCM Headwater, and LKCM Capital Group. Ms. Carter is additionally responsible for managing investment performance and communications with limited partners and other outside parties. She is actively engaged in identifying and evaluating investments, as well as working closely with management teams and operating partners to implement operational and growth strategies that focus on accelerating value creation and the durability of the businesses. Ms. Carter started her career in 2004 at Lockheed Martin where she advanced through their multi-year Financial Leadership Development Program and was a Senior Associate in Business Ventures. Ms. Carter graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance. She also has a Masters degree in Management.
