Bio

Brad is a Managing Partner of Liverpool Partners. Previously he spent c.10 years as a senior investment professional at Archer Capital, a leading mid-market Australian Private Equity Fund where he was responsible for transaction identification, deal execution and portfolio management and led or co-led transactions with collective enterprise value in excess of A$1bn. In prior roles, Brad was a Group Executive Director at Seven Group Holdings (SVW.ASX), an ASX 200 listed conglomerate with responsibilities including the Chair of AllightSykes and the advisory Board of CMC Capital (a Chinese based technology/media PE fund). Brad was also the Managing Director and head of Australia/NZ for Coast2Coast Capital, a global mid-market private equity fund based in South Africa. Brad holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) with majors in Finance and Government from the University of Sydney where was the President of the University of Sydney Student Union. Brad is also a NSW Government appointed director on the Board of the NSW Institute of Sport.
