Bio

Mr. Maybaum joined Littlejohn as a partner in 2005. He co-manages the Firm’s debt strategies and is a member of the Private Equity Investment and Distressed Securities Risk Oversight committees. He has more than 25 years of special-situation investing, legal, and restructuring experience. Mr. Maybaum has served on numerous boards and creditor committees. Mr. Maybaum began his career as a corporate attorney. Before joining Littlejohn, he was a portfolio manager at Ramius Capital and at the BBT Fund, where he managed special situation/distressed portfolios. He worked in the corporate restructuring groups at The Bank of New York and Sanwa Bank. He holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester, a J.D. from American University, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
