Mr. Klein joined Littlejohn as a senior associate in 2007. Mr. Klein has served on numerous creditor and restructuring committees. He serves on the board of directors of Total Safety and API Heat. Prior to Littlejohn, Mr. Klein was an associate in Rothschild’s financial restructuring group, where he was involved in financial restructurings and M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Prior to Rothschild, Mr. Klein was a credit analyst with Rock Hill Partners, focusing on distressed, special situation and event-driven investment opportunities. Prior to Rock Hill Partners, Mr. Klein was an associate and analyst at Chanin Capital Partners, where he worked on a variety of in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings. Mr. Klein received a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
