Mr. Ramsay joined Littlejohn in 1997 and became a partner in 2000. In January 2012, Mr. Ramsay was named President of Littlejohn and currently serves on the Private Equity Investment and Distressed Securities Risk Oversight committees. Mr. Ramsay has played a key role in the Firm’s investments in General Trailers, Diamond Innovations, Universal Lighting Technologies, Stolle Machinery Corp., Synventive Molding Solutions, PendaForm, Clean Earth, CoActive Technologies, Henniges Automotive, SunSource, Contech Engineered Solutions, Ntirety, Northwest Hardwoods, HydroChemPSC and Kaman Distribution Group. He currently serves as a director on the boards of PlayPower, Strategic Materials, Inc., Motion Recruitment Partners, Valcourt Building Services, Pritchard Industries, AHSG and Hiller.
