Mr. Michaud joined Littlejohn in 2007 and is a member of the investment committee. Mr. Michaud has worked on many transactions including Alliance Ground International, Newgistics, Clean Earth, Kenan Advantage Group, Synventive Molding Solutions, Direct ChassisLink Inc., Soundview Maritime, Gulf Coast Shipyard Group and HydroChemPSC. He currently serves on the board of directors of Total Safety, Strategic Materials Inc., Interstate Waste Services, Valcourt Building Services, Pritchard Industries, Magnate Worldwide and Hiller. He previously worked as an analyst at CIBC World Markets in the mergers and acquisitions group. At CIBC, he was involved in executing M&A transactions across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, business services, transportation and logistics, media, retail and consumer products. Mr. Michaud received a B.A. in economics and Spanish, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.
