Virginia Whitney has over 15 years experience in administration of private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund of funds investments. She joined Lion Chemical at its inception in 2001, having previously worked at McCown DeLeeuw & Co alongside David DeLeeuw, where she was responsible for administration, operations, accounting and finance for MDC’s New York office. Virginia was also a founding member of Lion Cao Asset Management in 2005. Virginia received a BA degree in Economics and English from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an MBA from Columbia University.
