Carlos Ingham is one of the founding partners of Linzor Capital Partners. Prior to Linzor Mr. Ingham was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan for close to nineteen years. Between 1989 and 1993, he worked in the Corporate Finance and M&A groups in Buenos Aires, New York and Madrid. At the beginning of 1994, Mr. Ingham moved to Santiago to help develop J.P. Morgan’s business in Chile, becoming its Senior Country Officer in late 1998, at which time he joined J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Management Committee. Between 2005 and 2007, Mr. Ingham was responsible for J.P. Morgan’s activities in the Southern Cone, including Argentina, Chile, Perú and Uruguay. Mr. Ingham has served on many corporate boards including Copec Combustibles S.A., Farmashop (Uruguay), Grupo Efe (Perú), Inversiones Siemel, Cruz del Sur Vida S.A., Cruz Blanca S.A., Cruz Blanca Salud and Corporación Santo Tomás S.A. He has also served on El Diario Financiero’s Editorial Board, and the CEP (Centro de Estudios Públicos) Advisory Board. Mr. Ingham founded and is the President of Red de Alimentos, Chile’s first Food Bank, and served as board member of Propesa, Chile’s first not for profit microcredit institution. Mr. Ingham holds a Business Administration degree from Universidad Católica Argentina.
