Mark joined Linx in 2002 and has more than seventeen years of experience investing in and advising private middle-market companies. Before joining Linx, Mr. Niznik was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Prudential Securities’ Investment Banking Division, where he analyzed transactions in a broad range of industries. In 2001, he joined the U.S. Private Equity Group of Prudential Financial and focused on direct private equity investments in industrial and business services companies for Prudential’s General Account. B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
